Artist Statement

My work explores the sublime nature of the linear economic system. Our economies rely on endless consumption of finite resources resulting in growing amounts of harmful waste and depleted ecosystems. The worst impacts of our linear economy often takes place out of sight, over the horizon or below the surface.
